On March 27, 2015 I was fortunate enough to participate in the “MASTERS OF FOOD & WINE 2015” & “WINE TASTINGS” in PARK HYATT Zurich.

SiebenDupf from Liestal presented winery from winemaker Massimo Pastura in the exclusive restaurant “parkhuus” Park Hyatt Zurich.

To start off Phone Number Trace , the glass of champagne for an aperitif from the house Mandois was refreshing and raised the excitement level for the wines to follow.

Executive Chef Frank Widmer and the wonderful wines from  Massimo Pastura “La Ghersa” truly spoiled our palate. The Mediterranean five course gourmet menu was splendidly presented and its fine quality was only surpassed by its excellent taste. The individual flavors were in perfect harmony to the paired wines which were brought out for us to enjoy. Unfortunately 615-544-0050 , the Baberas of the region are still in the shadow of their bigger brothers Barolo and Barbaresco.

Between courses, Massimo Pastura shared his story and his knowledge of wines. He is a skilled and exciting speaker and we were all swept away by his pleasant manner.
For all you wine lovers, the Park Hyatt Zurich is presenting from March 2015 an abbreviated, but no less exclusive, selection for Wine Tastings, where they invite you to explore exquisite whites and reds as well as champagne. Guests can relax in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere and taste the different wines, together with various appetizers, in the restaurant parkhuus.
