What’s in that bottle?
Forget boring wine courses, where you feel lectured to, as though you were sitting in school. The atmosphere I create is more geared towards a social gathering, where discussion and interaction is encouraged. The questions everyone thinks but don’t dare to ask or questions you never thought about asking are addressed; such as “what happens when I mix red wine grapes and white wine grapes?” Or, is it rather, “how does Cabernet from varied growing areas around the world differ in taste?” “What is terroir and do I really taste minerality?” There is nowhere better to ask and explore these questions than in a tasting with your very own personal connoisseur.
How do I combine white wine with fish, may I serve the Rosé also for meat, champagne for sushi, does this work, can I do this?”
